About F1 Atlas

F1 Atlas is an independent Formula 1 reference and analysis site. It organizes seasons, standings, race results, drivers, teams, circuits, news, official video indexes, and explainers so fans can move from a current race weekend to the historical record without losing context.

How the site is built

The site draws on public race classifications, FIA and Formula 1 publications, and team or driver statements. A results table records the classification; an article adds interpretation. The sources listed with an article let readers check that distinction and flag a claim that a source does not support.

Automation and editorial review

This project has used AI-assisted drafts and translations as well as automated imports of race data. Some older drafts contained empty templates, incomplete translations or factual errors. Those defects are being reviewed: known erroneous articles and unfinished drafts are withdrawn from public access while their source files remain available for correction. A publication date or a list of links does not certify that every claim has been independently verified.

The site's code, content workflow, and correction history are maintained in the public F1 History repository. That repository is also the accountable record for material corrections and publishing-policy changes.

Corrections and updates

Formula 1 changes quickly: calendars move, classifications are revised, rules are clarified, and driver or team line-ups change. Pages are updated when those changes affect the facts on the page. If you find an error, use the Contact page and include the page URL, the exact sentence or data point, and a source link.

Independence

F1 Atlas is not affiliated with Formula 1, the FIA, Formula One Management, any race promoter, team, driver, or sponsor. Formula 1 names, event names, and team names are used for identification and editorial reference.
