Weekend context

Qualifying

Race classification

Fastest lap, grid notes and penalties
Hamilton also set the fastest lap, a 1:20.122 on lap 44. The official fastest-laps table listed Isack Hadjar second with a 1:20.150 on lap 61, followed by Verstappen, Norris and Leclerc.
Formula 1's starting-grid notes said Fernando Alonso was required to start from the pit lane after parc ferme changes and extra power-unit elements. The race-result notes listed a 10-second penalty for Colapinto for not slowing under yellow flags and a five-second penalty for Antonelli for leaving the track without a justifiable reason multiple times.

Post-race impact
Hamilton's win was the first Ferrari victory of the 2026 season and moved him to 115 points, 41 behind Antonelli. Russell's second place lifted him to 106 points, while Antonelli remained on 156 after a late retirement. Norris moved to fifth on 73, ahead of Piastri on 68, and Verstappen reached 55 with fourth place.
Mercedes still leads the constructors' championship on 262 points. Ferrari is second on 190, McLaren third on 141 and Red Bull Racing fourth on 89. Alpine's double score helped the team reach 57 points, while Racing Bulls moved to 41 through Lawson and Lindblad.
